Based in Antananarivo, PULSE Madagascar is the historic backbone of the PULSE network. 
From Madagascar, we design, develop and operate a large part of AXIAN’s digital and IT services: websites and applications, business platforms, software solutions, managed services, cloud, data and cybersecurity.  

Within PULSE, PULSE Madagascar combines local creativity, strong product culture and industrial delivery practices to support AXIAN entities and partners across Africa and beyond.

About PULSE Madagascar Who we are in Madagascar

PULSE Madagascar is PULSE’s historic technology hub, located at the Innovation Campus – Andranomena, Antananarivo. For more than ten years, our teams have been supporting AXIAN companies and their partners in their digital transformation by combining:

  • a digital agency recognised for UX/UI and brand experiences
  • a Software Factory for custom-built web and mobile solutions
  • T & managed services teams focused on reliability, performance and security.

Anchored in Madagascar and connected to other PULSE hubs (Pakistan, Egypt, Senegal and more), PULSE Madagascar works both:

  • with AXIAN entities based in Madagascar,
  • with other AXIAN countries, collaborating with the broader PULSE network on multi-country projects.

The center is located at the Innovation Campus within the TANASHORE Building in Antananarivo.
It serves as the historic digital and IT hub of PULSE and a core software development company.
Its mission is to design, develop, deliver, and support AXIAN’s digital and IT solutions.
